At Zoologist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; however, due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your fragrance bottle is still in its original, sealed cellophane packaging, as opened or tested products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the sealed product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Securely
Place the item back into its original shipping box with adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item and confirms it is in resalable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
