Are Zoologist perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are 100% cruelty-free. While we use synthetic versions of traditional animal musks to protect wildlife, a few of our fragrances contain natural beeswax or honey. Please check the specific product page for vegan-specific labeling.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on customs processing in your country.
What is your return policy on fragrances?
Due to the nature of our products and cosmetic hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles. We strongly recommend purchasing our individual samples or discovery sets before committing to a full-sized bottle.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their local government upon arrival.
Why does my perfume look slightly different from a previous bottle?
Our fragrances contain a high percentage of natural ingredients. Much like wine, harvests of natural oils can vary slightly in color and scent profile from year to year, ensuring every batch is a unique artisanal creation.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 2 hours of placement. Once a tracking number has been generated, we can no longer modify the shipment.
